Order Conditions

After purchasing the product online, your personal license file will be sent to you per email. The license file will convert the demo into the full version.

You must provide your complete and correct contact information on the order form! Using incomplete or incorrect data will result in invalidation of your license.

Please make sure to enter a valid email address on the order form, or we will not be able to send you your license file! You'll receive an automated order confirmation email directly after placing your order, so if you don't receive this email within a few minutes, please contact us. If you don't get the license email from us within three business days after ordering, please contact us to check if there was a problem with your order or email address. If possible, use a different email address in case we were not able to contact you using the original email address you provided.

The license file will be sent to you in ZIP file format, so please disable all spam filters, virus scanners, etc. that could block or delete emails with ZIP file attachments!

The license is valid for a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers (e.g. work PC, home PC, laptop, etc.), or it can be installed on a single computer used non-simultaneously by multiple people. If multiple people use the software simultaneously or on multiple computers, you must purchase a number of licenses equal to the number of users who use the product, or each user must have a separate license.

IMPORTANT: All orders are reviewed and the license email is sent out as soon as all checks have completed. This usually takes just a few minutes, but please allow up to three business days ín case of any delays with the order verification.

LOST LICENSES: You must keep a copy of your license at a safe place, because you will need it every time you reinstall the product. We can not reissue lost licenses! We recommend copying the license file, the activation instructions and the original setup program to a CDR, external harddisk, personal web space, etc.

REFUNDS: We offer a free 30 day trial of all our products to give our customers the opportunity to evaluate the software before making a purchase. For this reason we maintain a strict no-refund policy!
